      Boss is tolerant on work from home and leave policy. With valid reasons, we can apply wfh and emergency leave anytime. In addition, the work environment is comfy. Easy going colleagues and cool office makes working efficient.

      Cons

      Sometimes we might expect late salary due to unstable company economy but our boss always deliver it.

      -Freedom to choose working hour, less supervision but emphasis on result. -Tasks sometime are challenging, good for training learning and growing

      Workload fluctuate sometimes, but sometime comes with extra allowances during peak.
