      Pros

      Been working here for 5 years. As long as I finish my tasks well before deadlines, I get lots of flexibility. I can also talk to management if my workload is too much. Everyone is very friendly, no toxic hierarchy.

      Cons

      Work can get hectic sometimes but management is quite understanding!

      -Freedom to choose working hour, less supervision but emphasis on result. -Tasks sometime are challenging, good for training learning and growing

      Cons

      Workload fluctuate sometimes, but sometime comes with extra allowances during peak.
