The organization attracts very high quality, driven individuals which makes for an enriching and stimulating workplace. The mission of the organization requires high level thinkers, and tremendous dedication on the part of management and staff.

I don't consider this a negative, but clearly this organization is no place for the weak. Very strong personalities have very strong opinions, which make for conflict. From conflict is born innovation, however. Every organization that strives for excellence will experience the very same type of conflict. If you are a slacker, do not apply here.

Benefits, some high energy people, fun at times

Supportiveness isnt there, lackluster evironment, micromanagement nightmare, lack of accountability and if you care , only 30 minited to gulp down your lunch.
