Pros
Small, locally owned company. If you are a hard worker, you can pave your own way and take on as much as you want. Top Independent Advisors in the US and are a part of the largest FMO in the industry. Lots of support from the FMO in a multitude of areas. Not a "corporate" environment with biased managers. Clients appreciate feeling like a part of the family.
Cons
With any career/job there are tough days but working in a small office makes it feel like home. You aren't just a number, you are a part of that Advisor's "family" with your co-workers. So I guess that's a Pro and not a Con!
