Pros

I love the hybrid work environment. Management is understanding of all individuals and our diverse needs. My co workers are great and I trust them to do good work for our clients.

Cons

Sometimes it's hard to connect with co-workers in other time zones.

Pros

They are immersed in the Microsoft world and so you will learn a ton about what is going on.

Cons

Where do I start? Tim, the owner uses scare tactics and is absolutely ingulfed in his self. He comes off as if he is GOD and no one can touch him. He is careless in his promises to customers and the team has to find ways to make good on “his” promises. Teams are constantly cleaning up his messes and no one confronts him in fear of getting fired. He will never let anyone go himself but will have others do all of his dirty work. To the public, he seems like he cares about the community and people, but behind closed doors, he only cares about himself and creating a good image. He will threaten his “non compete” with you when ever he feels threatened. He also tells you that you can not speak to ANYONE that has been let go otherwise he will take you to court. He will often make off color remarks about people and joke about inappropriate subjects about race and feminism. If you take a look at the staff, you will find NO people of color or anyone other than white middle/senior aged men and a handful of women. There is NO diversity there and over the course of 3-5 years, haven’t hired anyone outside of one demographic. On the surface, this company seems great, but don’t be fooled. Tim and some his leaders are only out for themselves and couldn’t care less about the employees.
