      Pros

      Excellent salary, work life balance and work on iconic projects. Great people who are supportive and always willing to help.

      Cons

      Bonuses affected by global business performance rather than at a branch level. Bonuses are terrible as a result. Too many support staff (eg HR) that add no value affect the companies bottom line.

      Exciting Projects and studies with most of not all focused on leading clients through energy transition and decarbonization. Great people and committed leadership.

      Cons

      Fast paced and demanding clients.

      The pay is good compared to other engineering firms in the area.

      Cons

      No flexibility, you have to go to the office every day of the week, Monday through Friday.
