Executives are chosen amongst personal friends of the founders. Rampant incompetence in leadership. Diversity is simply for advertising and not truly applied. Low wages. Lack of a proper company strategy. Executives will hunt down the lower waged employees that ask too many questions. Complete disregard to pandemic context and employees health. There is a lot of overwork due to the lack of proper process and transparency.
