Pay is a little low. It works out if you're doing it mostly for the travel.

Organization is undergoing tremendous change and handling it... poorly. Staff turnover reflects the culture, which is turbulent. Employees are not well taken care of, despite best intentions especially in middle management. Give serious consideration before applying for a job here.
