Most importantly, they are passionate about activities and travel; every team member on the team has participated in all kinds of activities and wants to bring better access to activities to the market. Both sales and dev teams bring a lot to the table and consistently communicate with each other about company priorities. In terms of the dev team, there are many opportunities to learn modern frameworks and you get to see your work directly from start to finish. Management team has a lot of connections and experience traveling the world and working with activity suppliers. Them and the sales team consistently work with the dev team to make sure that as the product rolls out, customers are ready to integrate with it.

Young and dynamic employee base, all with experience applicable to the business. Being adventurous, travel-centric and outdoorsy, I find myself well connected with the brand.
