      no pros.. i had panic attacks going to and coming from work

      i am a young black woman and i have never received such horrible discrimination due to my age and race like working here in my life unfortunately. it was so bad that i have considered a lawsuit however i was young and dumb and didnt keep paper trails. they operated smartly by calling and speaking to me in person which is a SUPER RED FLAG!

      Pros

      The Nurse managers are responsive and offer lots of good benefits. Fair pay. People come from more than 30 miles away to work.

      Cons

      Like most hospitals, it is often short-staffed. Upper management focuses too much on numbers and data.
