Very talented team in all aspects of business (engineering, operations, scheduling, quality control) Engineering work focused on fundamentals, problems are challenging and rewarding to solve. A lot of opportunities to learn a broad variety of skills that are usually siloed off in large companies (as manufacturing engineer, you can also go deep on quality, cost, and R&D for new products)

Small company and tight knit working environment can lead to friction between colleagues. Manufacturing environment is not for everyone, may need a thick skin some days. As a smaller company competing with multinational OEMs the expectations/requirements of employees are very high.

Adventec is known for its high standards- the products and service we offer are topnotch- and the company consistently delivers excellence and exceeds expectations. There are ample opportunities for professional development and innovation at every level. The team dynamics are fantastic, with everyone supporting each other to achieve common goals. The leadership team is approachable and genuinely cares about the well-being of all the employees. I am proud to be a part of the manufacturing, automotive and EV ecosystem in my hometown- Hamilton Ontario!
