      Pros

      Staff and middle management fair, you will find team work, especially on Med-surg between nurses most of the time. Pay is decent.

      Cons

      Upper management " out to lunch when it comes to day to day functioning as a staff member" The plastic smiles are really frustrating to staff. Many benefits have been reduced or completely dropped.

      Pros

      Great education and support for new or transitioning nurses. Theres a lot of support and resources for growth and goals. I love AH. I love the ICU team and management.

      Micromanaging with the informatics tracking your timely charting, etc.
