The staff at ADVENT are really great people. They value interns' opinions and make sure they are getting everything out of their internship. It is a great company and Joe and Cam are very passionate and dedicated to their work.

Can't think of one right now.

You're able to spearhead ongoing projects, even at intern level. Interns are paid a high amount of respect and able to experience hands on local marketing strategies. Lots of community outreach and partnering with neighboring businesses makes this job a great networking opportunity. Very easy going, warm environment.

The only con I can think of is that internships here are unpaid, but that's not unusual for the area.
