No Pros, The Advario/Oil tanking HR Department is posting fake positive reviews on Glassdoor.

Advario has a toxic working environment. All of the IT System are from the 1980's. They don't spend money to upgrade their infrastructure. The work environment is very controlling and military like. They will Micromanage you and the Top Management does not show any respect to their employees. The Management team at the Houston Office are awful people. They should be ashamed at how poorly they treat people. The turnover is super high and most of the people that work for Advario (Formerly, Oil tanking) are very unhappy. Do not accept a job with this poorly operated organization. I recommend that you wait for an job offer from a better operated organization. The work culture and environment at this company is toxic and they don't care about you.
