Pros
Pay is decent. There are some good employees and they are often giving away free products. There is a good amount of PTO that can be acquired.
Cons
Company does not value employees!!!! I cannot stress this enough!! There is a high turnover rate for many reasons. For one, people are fired monthly, almost seems like weekly. There are never reasons given and usually they seem to be good employees. Some people have left on their own, but the majority are fired. It's a very hostile work environment to constantly think you could be fired at any moment. There is no transparency between management and the employees. There is a lot of sneakiness and dishonesty among the management. There is one manager who seems to have issues with everyone (seems like she's the biggest problem)
