Pros
I really think of a single thing to recommend this company. Although other reviewers mentioned work-life balance, I think that only applies to management and people who suck up to their manager.
Cons
Coworkers are very gossipy and whiny and quick to report imaginary slights as creating a hostile work environment. Others complain about any number of insignificant things and create a very tense work space. No one appears to have a sense of humor about anything. The office environment was very rigid. I disliked almost every moment at Advantor. The benefits, as usual these days, were being reduced to the bare minimum they could get away with. There's not much room for advancement as upper management has been in their roles forever. When I first started, the person who I replaced warned me about the people who would knife me in the back at the first opportunity.
