      Pros

      Can work remote, that send you equipment, and easy to get hired. They did provide some very good training.

      Cons

      They tell you it is a full-time position, but very few weeks did I actually work 40 hours. You never know how many hours you will work until there are no more records in your queue. Must keep vey close track of everything you do, while they already are tracking your every move. Company is based in India and sometimes written training materials are not very well written.

      Pros

      Management is understanding, and flexible when it comes to unplanned emergencies and events

      Cons

      The pay is low, micromanaging, their software causes complications with your equipment and they do nothing about it.
