Pros

- The work is genuinely rewarding and intellectually engaging. I feel like what I do makes a difference. - The company is impressively well-organized for its size and pace. Processes are clear, and leadership is focused on continuous improvement. - Leadership doesn't just talk about values; they live them. Integrity, grit, and results orientation are more than posters on the wall. - There’s a high degree of autonomy. I’m trusted to manage my time, make decisions, and deliver results in the way that works best for me. - The meritocracy-driven culture prioritizes outcomes over busywork. High performers thrive here and are recognized accordingly. - I'm glad I took this job and I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Cons

- This is a lean, high-velocity environment. There’s a lot to do, and no "easy days." If you’re not energized by that, it may be a tough fit. - Work-life balance isn’t enforced by anyone but yourself. You need strong personal boundaries and time management skills to avoid burnout. - Strategic direction and process changes can sometimes be muddied as it filters down the org chart. This leads to occasional misalignment or confusion at the tactical level. - The emphasis on meritocracy and autonomy is not ideal for everyone. People who need a lot of structure, handholding, or hierarchy may struggle.

Pros

They provide good work, life balance with flexibility lots of internal training tools. I’m working with a good team of people.

Cons

Because they are private equity back and constantly acquiring new companies, they do have lots of re-organizational structure each year and lots of changes happen so if you’re not able to adapt and roll with the punches, it can be difficult
