Pros

Competitive pay with decent benefits. Office is in a good location and has good amenities.

Cons

Poor communication, siloed departments, impossible goals, terrible work/life balance. This company will sell you on "culture" during their new hire onboarding but you will quickly learn that it's all a mirage. The environment is extremely fast-paced and every solution they have acquired has seen all their support and delivery teams stripped down to bare bones or nothing at all. If you take a job here, be prepared to experience extremely high work loads with unrealistic goals. There will be too many meetings during business hours to actually get anything done so you will be working late and during your weekends. When you have questions, good luck getting them answered. There are so few legacy employees left that very few people actually know how the products work which also makes training new hires nearly impossible. None of this seems to bother ELT at all as they continue to steam roll forward with acquisitions to build out their portfolio so it looks great from the outside, but one peak behind the curtain will show how chaotic and dysfunctional everything truly is on the inside. Avoid at all costs.

Pros

The team was fantastic, we felt "in it together"

Cons

Anyone above my level fell into whatever C-Suite was hawking at the current time. Managers were a revolving door with mixed results and maybe read a blog on leadership and assumed that's how to run things?
