      Pros

      Compensation but are you really willing to put up with the gaslighting for it.

      Cons

      Two faced co workers and management will smile in your face just to go and talk about you amongst themselves. Very clique like. Senior MAs here have an eat the young mentality. Leadership picks and chooses what and who to address on certain situations. No room for growth.

      Leadership team is top-notch, intentional, engaged and driven.

      Cons

      Building the boat while you’re sailing is tough and isn’t for everyone, but if you’re an A-Player, there are lots of opportunities to bring about real change and grow professionally.
