Will deny employee assault and battery, also turned blind eye to customer sexual harassment to protect lucrative contract. Would prefer to make up performance issues even after an exemplary annual review from direct manager to protect harassment by customer, customer accused employee was later terminated, but only after Advantest acted to protect the contract.
