      Pros

      In the old days they could place a person from abroad Norway in Norway, if you get lucky.

      Cons

      They cheat people regarding salaries and benefits, they pay very much under the market and always say they are paying very well. they charge everything to you and they don't search for new positions. Don't work with them. There are much better companies around for the exact same function.

      Pros

      Advantek does a great job at making you fell like you are part of their community even if you mostly work on site with a client. Great people both in leadership positions and as employees.

      Cons

      Having assignments with clients that require you to be on site can make you miss the people and culture at Advantek.
