We get paid per day which is around $120 for a full day, it comes around to 15-17 an hour

No pros at all with this place,they will use you as much as they can as the people in the shop that make 35 a hr sleep at the machines and u bust ur butt for little money

Absolutely on of the worst places to work for especially for kimtech,the hr lady does nothing but comes in once a week and sits at her desk to eat and nap ,you only get a raise once a year which is nothing same thing with vacation you have to wait a year ,they got a 401k but they match nothing for it ,the job it's self was ok until they pile on the blasting room ,carpet room plus inventory for little money at all ,u can't go to no one in management cause they are scared kimtech boss will fire them or threaten their job so you have to sit and be quiet and be there little slave,please trust me u will be doing way more the the pennies they pay you ..please stay farrrrr away from advantage xpo in neenah as well as kimtech it's not worth it trust me and if u do go just remember I told you so.oh yeah and if u go over 40 hrs they take it off and put u at 40 hrs which is against the law but they do it and I took pics of it ...
