Pros
The director of the company and my manager are great. They work hard to support employees and clients alike. You don't do this kind of work unless you are a compassionate and care about the greater good through helping others. Generally, that is true of the company as a whole. I have made genuine connections with my clients, and it's awesome to see them reach their goals! You are paid your hourly wage while traveling anywhere on the job and also reimbursed for your mileage. Flexible schedule and some work can be done at home. PTO, Holiday pay.
Cons
Sometimes hours are inconsistent. Pay isn't great but that comes with the territory unfortunately. No benefits package for those looking to work FT.
