well I am not sure what I should put here as pro after being with ATR for 3.5 years and I still cannot understand what pros they have.
Cons
HR will not respond to your emails Being a contractor and working on site at customer location HR does not care, follow up or neither do any monthly or quarterly reviews will never ever respond for pay raise after 2 years and took another 8 months to even initiate a discussion basically not sure how they operate no benefits what so ever. you need benefits you pay from your paycheck
