Pros
The operations portion of the business seems to run efficiently in terms of payroll and support for the contractors, but as a contractor there is really very limited interaction with the management of the contract house. Most interaction is with the clients management
Cons
I have only had limited interaction with the company, but the don't seem to have a strong presence in actually matching candidates and clients. However, again I did not deal with the recruiting side since I had found my current assignment on my own and simply had to use them because the were the sole vendor at the client site.
