      Pros

      Can't really think of any except that every now and then you get lucky and your account manager might be a decent person. The company policies would still work on your favor in that scenario.

      Cons

      - Horrible communication after you start - They didn't negotiate any pay raises in the 4 years I worked for them - We had to coax the account manager to conduct our performance reviews - They only applied for H1B if it was the last chance for you to get it. They wanted you to continue working on OPT for as long as possible
