      My recruiter was helpful during the interview stages who has moved on from Advantage.

      Cons

      Very low employee retention and feedback from Advantage Management regarding appraisals and change of job opportunities. Very poor in getting work visas accepted for H1B candidates. Limited support in submission of all documents from client.
