      Great benefits and decent pay.

      Initially it was great before management changes, after that everything went down hill due to micromanagement, constant criticism, and never being heard/listened to when problems arose. The company was going through financial issues and instead of informing anybody and giving anyone time to prepare for their future, they decided to begin firing people left and right while hiding behind the most empty and bs excuses with no legitimate standing.

      Pros

      Employees that have been here decades look out for each other.

      Cons

      Entire new upper management team that lacks experience and it shows on everything they do. New CEO (not Joe Spitale) is patronizing and elevates only the worst misogynistic, manipulative people in the company. Travel Director lies to both internal and external employees and refuses to listen to knowledge or experience from staff. Lost nearly 70% of the company in the last year due to poor decisions and pride, but both CEO and Travel Director will brag about their boats and million dollar homes. Everything that made the company great for 38 years has been trashed by them in less than 2 years.
