      Great core of employees all working in remote roles.

      Cons

      Direction of the company is never clear and can change on a daily and weekly basis. Senior management has no communication with the staff and fails to acknowledge anyone other than a certain few in mid-management roles.

      Ability to work from home

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged, talked down to by higher-ups, criticized in group chats behind your back by higher-ups. Definitely do not express an opinion. You’ll have to walk on egg shells or they will let you go. Many of my colleagues were hard workers, worked there for 10+ years and were all laid off because new management decided he didn’t like them.
