      Do what needs to be done, not micro managed,

      Cons

      No regular reviews, not even the annual raise. You have to ask if there is one to get one. Everyone with same title gets same pay whether they work hard or not. Not very good benefits.

      Great company to work for. Management listens and takes suggestions. Ongoing education. Company has contests that you can win gift cards and PTO hours. Great team work.
