      They work very hard to show their employees that they are appreciated. All management has an open door policy, which is great for the learning curve. Management is always open to new ideas and processes.

      Cons

      Pay could be higher but work life balance is worth it.

      Pros

      - Great team environment and ancillary benefits (lunches, massages, team building events, paid vacation days) - Growing company and owners who care about their employees and work hard to provide benefits that are appreciated by all employees - Room for advancement within, and amongst, different departments - Support for the continuing education and building new skillsets for employees - Owners and management value the input of employees

      Cons

      - Personal commute is a little much, but ability to work from home some days makes up for it.
