Pros
I have been working for this company for less than 6 months and I already feel like they are family. Most if not all of the upper management have a military background so they understand military spouse life when the military person is away.
I am not expected to bring work home with me or work long crazy hours. The folks that I work with are friendly and easy to get along with. They do not micro manage workers. They expect you to do what needs to be done for the day without watching your every move. They treat everyone like adults, like it should be in the workplace. All in all, I really enjoy working here.
Cons
The only down side I can see is that you have to work the day before and the day after a holiday to get paid for the holiday but many places do that and I am sure they have a reason to have this policy in place.
