      - Idea behind the product and the product itself is great - A lot of good knowledge and experts combined in the company (niche industry) - More or less new office facilities and great canteen

      Cons

      - CEO/Leadership slightly questionable (reputation and image more important than how employees are treated) - Half-baked solutions, not thought through

      Pros

      Great collegues, good coffee, decent cantine, good product to the highest level, and good work facilities.

      Cons

      Toxic management culture. It is not possible to develop professionally beyond what you are entitled to through the collective agreement. When there is a new product, it takes the focus away from optimizing the old one.
