      Pros

      Many different very international projects, both corporate and DDs, demanding but exciting. Great team spirit at all levels.

      Cons

      Jobs are often very demanding resulting often in long working hours during the week (no work on week-ends). Result is very steep learning curve.

      - Growing firm (NYC office doubles every ~1.5 years) - Friendly atmosphere / team - Fast career progression (multiple internal promotions to manager, principal, and partner in NYC) - Exciting projects

      - none to really highlight to be honest
