      Pros

      Helping people! job was very rewarding to restore the gift of sight. It was always priceless to talk to the families of the recipient tissue and experience the moment with them.

      Cons

      Only thing was on-call hours. working 10-12 hr shifts and then taking on call was not the best, but it did not happen that often.
