Their training process needs to be revamp. There is a lot of bias. If you speak up and want to address issues or concerns the organization will sweep it under the rug. They will make you a target.

I just finished my first week at the Anchorage location.
I have nothing but good things to say about this team. From day one I have felt welcomed and valued. Even during the interview, I immediately felt at home. I can't recommend Advancial enough!
Cons
Only con was the interview process was a little long! But they did keep me updated every step of the way.
