      Great place for ABA training - Program Manager Advances Learning Center Employee Review

      Pros

      Excellent training in ABA. Excellent staff to be around who are passionate about what the do. Everyone is very ethical. Training and supervision is fantastic with a lot of room to grow. Lots of great benefits.

      Cons

      Pay is ridiculously low for the amount of work they expect for you to do. Especially if you are a student and have limited hours, they may expect you to work 6 days a week. To keep employers happy and there for a long periods of time provide higher compensation.

      The office recently moved so some things are in places that are difficult to locate. However, senior employees are quick to drop what they are doing to help!

      Pros

      Within my time here at Advances, I have learned so much. The staff members are so incredibly nice and helpful. Our directors really go above and beyond to ensure that any questions or concerns are resolved in a timely manner. The BCBA's that I have worked with are so inspiring, creative, smart and knowledgeable, and it really shows how much they value their clients through the work that they do. I'm currently getting my master to become a BCBA and its solely because of my experience working at Advances.

      Working late evenings and pay compensation.
