Cons
Lack of organization, admin ignores input from staff, HR fires people for no reason, they charge an outrageous amount for a uniform that feels like wearing tissue paper, the clinic was an echo chamber with what was meant to be temporary walls that they made permanent, can't hold on to staff to save their lives, you have to beg for the raises they previously promised you, hardly any pay for client cancellations, way too much leniency for client attendance policy which creates constant attendance issues with clients and therefore less pay for staff, the decent RBTs are highly overworked because they can't hold on to any other staff, HR and compliance and really any branch of admin is impossible to reach if you need anything but then they expect you to answer them immediately, the list goes on and on. If you have any respect for yourself, don't work here!
