      Pros

      It's not about Corporate revenue and profit targets. It's about doing good work in order to make our clients successful. We use science and research to support our recommendations We have a diverse team which bring true multi-disciplinary thinking to problem solving A flat organization and a passion for "doing the right thing".

      Cons

      We are EXTREMELY busy thanks to all the "pros". It is not as easy to set aside the time to go off-line as I had hoped.

      Could do with a bit more infrastructure
