      Pros

      I got lots of experience and expertise in latest 5G network and use cases within just 1 year of working in AWTG engineering team. They cover design, deployment and all test, optimisation and managed service, and I have access to all areas of expertise, which make all of us work efficient and understand the full end to end aspect of network.

      Cons

      No cones really, the team I am in is growing really fast with lots of new 5G work.

      Pros

      Good exposure to 5G technology including deployment planning and installation. Offers some involvement in AI technology. Employees are very diverse.

      Cons

      CEO is an old-school patriarch who wants employees in office 5 days a week and takes everything personally. Management generally is secretive and opaque about everything except you, the employee's, failings on which they will have much to say. Lack of recognition for success. Employees are very diverse.
