      You will always have something to do because: 1.) They stay busy with new client jobs 2.) Everyone looks to help each to help make deadlines/ keep others from getting burnt out and overwhelmed.

      Cons

      With the large amount of Projects. Communication from Client to PM to Drafter can slack off sometimes creating inefficiencies.
