      Pros

      Its a job i.e. it allows you to be able to pay your bills.

      Cons

      Poor pay, hire only though temp agencies to avoid paying for insurance and its easier to let ppl go that way. Management it out for themselves only. Racist personelle, and none thinks anything of it Backstabbing people, eager to snitch on one another in order to look good/better for the bosses. A rat race to nowhere

      Pros

      obtained little experience and met maybe two people that weren't greedy or selfish.

      Cons

      employees are all drug addicts and have horrible management skills. Lied to on multiple occasions to keep employees temporarily content until another problem arises then ignored. asked multiple times for paperwork that took months to obtain when it should've only take a few days. NO MANAGEMENT OR PEOPLE SKILLS ONCE SO EVER. JUST GREEDY AND VERY NEGLIGENT OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT. oh and 90% of said persons in the building were on illicit drugs.
