Food from reps and fridays off

If you’re okay with complacency and not being valued, this job might work for you. Management is poor — higher-ups often lack the skills needed for their positions. Doctors can be very rude and entitled. While the company frequently asks for feedback on improvements, nothing ever changes. Team dynamics can create a hostile environment, and serious workplace issues are rarely addressed. The only positive aspect was occasional free food from reps on certain days. Overall, I would not recommend this company for anyone seeking support, growth, or a professional work culture.
