Pros
This is a great place to work. They are super flexible and everyone is kind. That being said, it can be hard to move up and it feels like decisions can't be made without heavy involvement from upper management. It is a laid back environment in comparison to other places I've been so if you are super career driven and not relationship driven then this place won't be a great fit for you.
Cons
As mentioned before, major decisions can't be made without heavy involvement from upper management. I've spent weeks preparing proposals only for someone from upper management to disregard and go based off their hunch.
