Pros
Everyone works as a team. Managers actually care about employees. Currently working from home due to covid but still working together and work/ life balance is wonderful. Benefits are amazing. Culture is unmatched from what I've experienced in other companies. Extraordinary place.
Cons
Only typing due to 20 word minimum. No cons that I've seen. I've been an employee for many years. Management is communicating well and i feel the pay is fair.
