      New ideas and creative approaches to your work are embraced by mangers. Decent benefits and 401k matching. Excellent team-work environment and great coworkers who have their hearts in their jobs; very collaborative.

      Cons

      Entry level pay structure does not grow with employee performance or tenure. Lack of support from administration, direction and transparency of goals and operating strategies.

      Lots of funds for materials and resources Prep time

      Cons

      Unprofessional leadership and departments, cliques, not enough support for teachers with student behavior. Frequent physical altercations between students observed. Low pay and minimal raises. HR requested staff not to discuss or disclose pay with other employees, which is in violation of employee rights.
