      You get to work a small company that's just starting so you get a lot of hands on experience, flexible hours and everyone is friendly.

      Unpaid internships and a little unstructured.

      Pros

      CEO gives you lots of wiggle room as to your duties. You learn a lot on the job, from CAD software to hands on manufacturing, to flight testing. Other interns were great to have around. Worked with my schedule.

      Cons

      No room for employment or furthering yourself in the company, I believe this will change as the company grows.
