Phenomenal support for new hires -10 weeks training, plus an additional 6 months to fully grasp the role. Benefits begin day one. 40 hours vacation time right out of training. Able to apply for new roles after 6 months in a position. VTO offered daily during slow periods.

The pay does not match the role. This position is very technical and intense. Mentally exhausted after every shift. This role should pay at minimum $25-30 hour
