Small business with big goals and a family-oriented atmosphere - Patient Advocate Advanced Rx Employee Review

All departments work well together, with excellent communication. Everyone is friendly and genuine, which I've never experienced in a work atmosphere. Supervisors, Managers, Pharmacists, and Co-workers treat each other respectfully. I work remotely and always feel included. They value the input of all employees. Excellent place to work!

Core team I managed was dedicated and well-trained by me

Management gaslights, extremely cliquey, blames issues that were out of my control and then told I wasn't up to par with my job requirements. Had told management they needed a supervisor or team lead in order for me to do my job, but this was dismissed and then underhandedly hired my replacement without acknowledging that, allowed me to train that person and then met with me team without me advising them it was a mutual separation while they had me clean out my desk and was not given a chance to talk to my team members. *I should've known since they had done the same thing to the prior customer service manager during my interview/hiring process*
